Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting various business development initiatives. This role includes lead generation, proposal preparation, and working closely with internal teams to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct basic research to identify potential markets and opportunities. - Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Generate leads on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify potential clients.
Assist in converting leads into long-term clients. - Client Relationship Management:
Support the maintenance of strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. - Collaboration & Strategy Development:
Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to support business growth strategies. - Proposal & Contract Support:
Help prepare proposals and assist in closing B2B deals. - Strategic Partnerships & Growth Initiatives:
Assist in building strategic partnerships to support business development.
Support various growth initiatives to help achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation on LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of preparing business proposals and supporting B2B deal closures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
