Role Overview:
As a Content Creator at Namaa IT, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and HR teams to create high-quality written, visual, and video content for various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, the company website, and other media.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop original content for social media platforms, company blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Create and curate visual and multimedia content (infographics, videos, and motion graphics) to engage our audience.
  • Collaborate with HR to draft job postings and recruitment-related content to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content relevance and creativity.
  • Optimize content for SEO and enhance engagement through well-crafted storytelling.
  • Participate in brainstorming and content strategy meetings to drive business goals.
  • Assist with content scheduling and tracking content performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a content creator, writer, or similar role, ideally in the IT or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write in both formal and conversational tones.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to create engaging visual content and adapt across different platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating content for LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
